Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Canada. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Ontario using reliable third-party carriers.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically packed the same day or the next business day after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario: Approximately 2–3 business days after shipment

  • Outside Ontario: Approximately 3–5 business days after shipment
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order size, and weight.

  • All applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

 

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $400 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • Eligibility for free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the minimum requirement and delivery address is within the GTA.

 

Local Pickup (Vaughan, Ontario)

  • We offer free local pickup in Vaughan, ON.

  • Pickup is available by appointment only.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and scheduling details.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. HachiMart is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and item so we may assist you.

  • HachiMart is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
