Return and Refund Policy

At HachiMart, we take great care in curating and packaging every order to ensure our customers receive authentic, high-quality products. Due to the nature of collectibles and blind boxes, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

In the rare case of a defective product send it back to us within three (3) days of product delivery and we'll be sure to exchange it for you. If you damaged the toy we are sorry but we can't accept the return. In addition, we are not liable for damages that may have occurred to products during shipping.
